As part of our Social Active service you will receive your own dedicated dashboard giving you access to your upcoming social media posts, a feed to your Facebook Business page, and links to your own analytics and a number of helpful guides. Everything you need to interact with your pages conveniently in one place.
The left-hand side of the page show your up-coming posts as they will appear. This allows you to review the posts before they go out and make sure you are happy with them.
As a post goes live, the page automatically updates so new posts come into view. This means you can periodically check a few days or several weeks’ worth of posts in one sitting and advise us if there are any changes required.
If there is anything you need to change on any of the posts, whether it be the text or images, our team will be happy to action this for you.
Our helpful guides will show you how you can develop your Business pages further, whether it be posting your own images or offers, responding to feedback or promoting the page.
We recommend that you download the guides and give them a read. Remember, the more you put into Social Media, the more you get from it!
The link to your dedicated analytics page will allow you to monitor the traffic on your social media pages.
From here you will be able to monitor the level of engagement your pages are receiving through new followers or likes and comments on your posts.
